亚马逊中国卖家售卖防疫物资,账号遭平台冻结一事,在笔者与卖家的接触过程中,卖家们反映最为集中的核心内容在于:卖家们认为其自身在2020年3,4月份将口罩类商品经亚马逊审批通过并上架销售的过程中,亚马逊官方网站上的《亚马逊服务商业解决方案协议》(Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement,下简称“卖家协议”)并未规定亚马逊平台在卖家多次违反平台计划政策的情况下有权永久扣留卖家资金,但是目前亚马逊官网的卖家协议却有对应条款,进而卖家们认为亚马逊在未通知卖家的情况下单方修订了卖家协议,并将新增条款作为本次事宜处理的依据,实在有失公允。
