In the photovoltaic case of the Czech debtor defaulting on the payment of 4 million euros, through understanding the subsidy policy of the local government and the conditions for the grid connection of photovoltaic power plants, the project owner will be promoted to sell the power plant and receive the compensation first.
3. Coordinated with the law firm to collect and organize evidence materials, completed the notarization and certification procedures, won the case, pushed the court to revoke the stop payment order, and received the full amount of the letter of credit.
4. Managed the overdue payment of US $6 million for the America National Movil Project after the guarantee, studied the terms of contract documents and the project implementation schedule, determined the conditions for the formation of debt and the reasons for the project owner's refusal to pay, and assisted the customer to improve the business contract and payment plan.
