Criminal Defence:
1. Tang and Zhang were suspected of provoking trouble, who were declared innocent；
2. Wang Quanhui, the Vice Director of the National People's Congress in Fenggang County, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province (county level), was suspected of abusing power, embezzlement and accepting bribes；
3. Guo and others were suspected of fraud, who were not arrested；
4. Zeng was suspected of intentional injury, who was exempted from prosecution by the Procuratorate；
5. Lai and Zeng organized and led the mob organization in Shangjing Xinyi’an；
6. Fu and others organized prostitution across borders (the largest similar case seized in Shenzhen at present)；
7. Liu was suspected of forging the seal of a people's organization, obstructing the management of credit cards, and embezzling civil identity documents, who was sentenced to guilty of embezzlement of civil identity documents；

Corporation Affairs and Contracts:
1. The case in which the shareholders of an advertising company appeal for the dissolution of the company for the deadlock of the company (the court declared the dissolution of the company)；
2. Liu v. Essence Securities Co., Ltd. for disputes over the securities margin trading contract, which is the first securities margin trading disputes in Shenzhen after the stock market crash in 2015；
3. A bad assets disposal company applied to add the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Nanshan District as a joint debtor of the Nanshan District Investment Company and retry the case. The value of the subject matter was RMB190 million. The case was successfully retried by the Higher Court of Guangdong Province designated by the Supreme Court；
4. Disputes over the equity transfer contract concluded by Zhang；
5. Issued a legal opinion on the transfer of Fuyin Food equity by way of debt-to-equity swap to Shenzhen SDG Microfinance Company Limited；
6. Disputes over the revocation of resolution of Puli Technology ；
7. Disputes over the loan of Kenxin Group.
Others:
Free legal aid: while serving as a resident legal counsel in a residential area in Lianhua Street, Futian District, Shenzhen City, he handled the case that an elderly women with disabilities had been subjected to domestic violence by her husband. The Order made against the case is the first order of habeas corpus issued by the People's Court of Futian District of Shenzhen City since the System of Writ of Habeas Corpus in the Civil Procedure Law was amended and established in 2012
The Case that a third party appealed for revocation which was the first case that a third party successfully appealed for revocation in the People’s Court of Nanshan District after the amendment of the System of Appealed for Revocation by a third party in the Civil Procedure Law
