1. Participated in the dispute litigation on a contract for international sale of goods caused by the violation of the BSCI social responsibilities norms by Chinese suppliers of a large German supermarket chain;
2. Represented a domestic LED manufacturer to file arbitration on disputes over the contract for the international sale of goods to its Swiss purchaser. The case is the first international arbitration case conducted in English since the establishment of the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court;
3. Participated in the acquisition of asset of a leading chip research and development company in South Korea by a company in Shenzhen.
