The final sentence was 1-year imprison and other lighter punishment, such as Liao was suspected of drug smuggling crime in Shenzhen who was sentenced 3 months; Ye was suspected of dereliction of duty in Meizhou who was got on a suspended sentence; Liu was suspected of illegal operation in Shenzhen who was got on a suspended sentence; Lu was suspected of organization, leadership and participation in criminal syndicate crime, and was finally sentenced to be guilty of the prosecution of opening casino.
