1. Represented the client in filing a bankruptcy liquidation application of Shenzhen QVOD Technology Co., Ltd., which accepted by the Court, and recovered nearly RMB 10 million losses for client;
2. Represented the client in responding to patent infringement disputes filed by Midea and invalided three patents of Midea involved in the Case;
3. Represented the client in responding to the software copyright infringement disputes filed by Autorum Technology Co., Ltd., which lost in the first instance, but won in the second instance;
4. Provided special legal consultancy services on human resource for a Taiwanese enterprises during its relocation process, provide legal support for the enterprises relocation and facilitate the enterprises to complete relocation smoothly;
5. Represented Michelin foundry in the patent infringement disputes between Michelin foundry and Goodyear foundry;
6. Represented the client in a mold dispute between such client and its supplier, which won and obtained nearly RMB 5 million for our client;
7. The case that Wang was suspected of contract fraud , who was not arrested;
8.Applied for bail pending trial regarding the case that Lee was suspected infringement of copyright of Bandai;
9. Provided real estate development legal consultancy service for a real estate development company;
10. Provide legal services for disputes negotiation during delivery process for a real estate development company and solved the collective disputes smoothly.
